Please note: We live in the adjoining property but we keep out of the way of our guests unless they require information or help with the house and locality.
Cancellation policy.
Please write to us immediately with any change to your booking. Changes or cancellations can be made 30 days prior to your booking with no penalties and your booking deposit will be returned. In the highly unlikely event that we need to change or cancel your booking we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
Facilities:
All sheets, pillow cases, towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked but any extra equipment can be requested as we are nearby. Wood burning stove, TV with Irish and UK channels, wi-fi, clothes washer, dishwasher, microwave.
Arrival and departure times.
Arrival time: 4 pm. Departure time: 12 noon. These times can be negotiated if we have no one leaving the house the day of your arrival and equally, departure time can be extended to 2 pm if there is no new group coming to stay on the day of your departure. Please confirm your arrival time 24 hours before your arrival.
Pets:
Please let us know on booking if you plan to bring a pet. Dogs are welcome but have to be supervised when outside as there are usually animals in the adjoining fields. Pets are not allowed on furniture or on the beds.
Children.
Children over 6 years of age and infants under 6 months are welcome but must be supervised at all times when outside.
Please let us know if there are any breakages or any little accidents prior to your departure so that we can rectify it for our next visitors.
